Minister Charlotte Flowers is a licensed preacher at Community Baptist Church of Greater under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Demetrius K. Williams. She has served in minister for over thirty years.

Currently she is the director of Christian Education, New Members Ministry, Bereavement Support, teaches Sunday School, facilitates afternoon Bible study as well as bereavement support group.  She has also taught in the local Baptist annual Congressional meeting.

Born and raised in Chicago, where she received her elementary and high school education, graduate of Alverno College and currently attending Seminary pursuing of her Masters in Divinity.
